Internal Sales Coordinator - Astrocytia, Aarhus (DK)
We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Internal Sales Coordinator with excellent English language skills and a knack for precision in written communication. The ideal candidate should possess exceptional stakeholder management skills, demonstrating a natural ability to connect with people and build strong relationships. A background in IT and familiarity with various processes is crucial for success in this role.
- Communication Excellence: Demonstrate mastery in written English to effectively communicate with internal stakeholders, clients, and partners. Craft compelling and articulate messages that reflect the company's professionalism.
- Stakeholder Management: Build and maintain strong relationships with internal teams, clients, and partners. Act as a liaison between different departments to ensure seamless communication and collaboration.
- Sales Coordination: Support sales by coordinating activities, managing schedules, and facilitating communication between our sales representative and clients. Ensure that all sales processes are executed efficiently.
- Process Knowledge: Possess a solid understanding of IT and related processes to effectively communicate technical information and requirements to both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
- Passion for People: Demonstrate a genuine passion for working with people and helping them succeed. Be proactive in identifying opportunities to enhance the client experience and exceed their expectations.
- Bachelor's degree in Business, IT, or a related field.
- Proven experience in sales coordination or a similar role.
- Exceptional written and verbal communication skills in English.
- Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to connect with people at all levels.
- Proficiency in IT terminology and business processes.
- Detail-oriented with excellent organizational and multitasking abilities.
- Proficiency in utilizing CRM tools such as HubSpot for efficient stakeholder management, coupled with a keen understanding of leveraging LinkedIn for strategic networking and sales outreach, is a key skillset we're seeking in our ideal candidate.
